Good Food

I had javelina tamales today. The guy that Russ works with is Mexican. He went hunting, shot a javelina, made tamales and gave us some. I tried not to think too hard about it being javelina so I could enjoy it, and I totally did! It was so good. It helps that his tamales are amazing anyway. I just kept thinking, this is way better for me than store bought pork. Truly organic, truly delicious.
